Choosing Your Share Class
Factors you should consider when choosing a class of shares include:
- How long you expect to own the shares;
- How much you intend to invest;
- Total expenses associated with owning shares of each class;
- Whether you qualify for any reduction or waiver of sales charges;
- Whether you plan to take any distributions in the near future; and
- Availability of share classes.
Each investor’s financial considerations are different. You should speak with your financial adviser to help you decide which share class is best for you as each class has a different combination of purchase restrictions, sales charges and ongoing fees, allowing you to choose the class that best meets your needs. R5 Class
R5 Class shares are offered without a sales charge to investors who make an initial investment of at least $250,000. R5 Class shares pay no Rule 12b-1 or shareholder servicing fees.
Investor Class
Investor Class shares are offered without a sales charge to all investors, including investors using intermediary organizations such as broker-dealers or plan sponsors and retirement accounts. Investor Class shares pay no Rule 12b-1 fee. Investor Class shares are subject to a separate shareholder servicing fee of up to 0.375% of the Fund’s average daily net assets. The minimum initial investment is $2,500.
U.S. Government Money Market Select Fund
For corporate cash accounts, sweep accounts and other institutional investors. An initial investment of at least $1 million is required.
Y Class
Y Class shares are offered without a sales charge to all investors who make an initial investment of at least $100,000. Y Class Shares do not pay a Rule 12b-1 fee. Y Class shares are subject to a shareholder servicing fee of up to 0.10% of the Fund’s average daily net assets.
