A SMALL-CAP growth STRATEGY
FOR conservative investors
The Fund is a conservative, small-cap growth strategy emphasizing high-quality, dividend-paying stocks. Bahl & Gaynor believes that dividends pay dividends. At the time of purchase, at least 80% of the stocks in the portfolio are expected to pay a dividend, preferably one that is increasing. This investment philosophy is intended to enable the Fund to exceed performance expectations while at the same time preserving capital in declining markets and providing a steady income stream.

- Capital preservation
- Price appreciation
- Income
