American Beacon High Yield Bond Fund
A Fund seeking
high current income and capital appreciation by investing in a diversified
portfolio of public and private issue debt securities that are rated
below investment grade (such as BB or lower by Standard & Poor's
Ratings Services and/or Ba or lower by Moody's Investors Service,
Inc.) or deemed to be below investment grade by the investment adviser.
These types of securities are commonly referred to as "junk bonds".
The Fund seeks capital appreciation by investing in issues whose
relative value is expected to increase over time. The Manager currently
allocates the Fund's assets between two investment sub-advisors: Franklin Advisers, Inc. and Post Advisory Group, LLC .
The Manager, with the approval of the Fund's Board of Trustees,
has appointed Metropolitan West Securities, LLC as an investment
adviser to the fund for the sole purpose of lending the Fund's securities.
